Three new builds, start to finish.

No highlight reels. Each one is a full project, recorded in one pass, with the mistakes left in.

Why learn here

There is no shortage of tutorials. There is a shortage of complete ones.

I have been building websites since 1999 and publishing tutorials since 2015. In that time I have worked out what actually helps people, and it is not a five-minute overview.

01

Nothing gets skipped

I build in real time, on camera, including the moment something breaks and I have to work out why. That is the part that teaches you the most, and it is the first thing most people edit out.

02

Free, and staying free

Ad revenue, sponsorships and affiliate commissions pay for this work. I chose that in 2015 so I would never need selling tricks, which is why nothing stops halfway and asks for your card.

03

Rebuilt when the tools change

When Elementor ships a new container model or an AI tool changes how it works, I re-record the tutorial instead of leaving it to rot. A 2022 walkthrough is not help, it is a trap.

04

Recommendations you can act on

If I would not put a plugin, theme or host on a client site, it does not get a link here, whatever the commission is. That is the only reason a recommendation is worth anything.

I had started and abandoned three courses before this. The difference is that Ferdy does not skip the boring middle, the part where you are stuck. I launched my shop in a fortnight.

I build sites for clients and I still watch these. He explains why, not just where to click, and that is what makes it transferable to the next project.

We onboard every new designer with these tutorials before they touch a client site. Nothing else covers Elementor this completely, free or paid.

Common questions

The things people ask before they start.

Yes, that is who I make these for. The beginner tutorials assume nothing: no code, no design background, no prior WordPress. I show every click and explain what each setting does rather than telling you to trust me.

There is not one. In 2015 I decided to publish everything free and earn from ad revenue, sponsorships and affiliate commissions instead. If you buy hosting or a plugin through one of my links I may earn a commission, which is why I only link to things I actually use.

If you want a small site up this weekend and never want to think about it again, a hosted builder is a fine answer. If you want to own your site, move it whenever you like and not have your costs set by someone else, WordPress.

The free version is genuinely capable and enough to build a good site. Pro earns its money when you need the theme builder, forms, popups or a WooCommerce build. Start free, and upgrade the day you hit a wall you can name.

It can build a lot of it and it is getting better fast. What it cannot do is know what your business needs, judge whether a layout is clear, or notice that your checkout is broken. AI is a very fast pair of hands. You are still deciding what gets built.
